Conscious Creations Inc is based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida inside of Free Flow Studio Moksha House. Free Flow Studio is a wellness center that holds a variety of classes within the domains of Creativity, Wellness, Spirituality and Flow.

Mindful Painting Classes are open to the public and open to all levels. You must reserve your seat online ahead of time as we have limited seats. Mindful painting classes are classes that are specifically designed for your “internal artist” to shine through. Melody will guide you through a creative process as you express yourself on a canvas. This is not your average painting class where everyone’s paintings look similar. This painting class will begin with a meditation and everyone will set an intention on what they would like to receive and release through this process. Each class will be surrounding a theme and you may choose what to take and what not to take from the theme, it is up to you. Before the class is over expect thought provoking dialog and sharing. These classes are meant to be a creative outlet and safe space for one to express themselves judgement free. You will leave these classes with painting techniques that can be applied to your own craft and a sense of community within each class. Melody will be teaching Mindful Painting classes every Sunday and Thursday!
